Credit & Debit card payments.
We allow you to purchase services from us by credit card. To ensure absolute security and privacy, we entrust credit card transactions to Secpay, one of the worlds leading credit card payment providers. Your credit card details will not be retained by us following the transaction.
Refunds.
You may cancel an order not received within 7 days for full refund. Goods may only be returned if they are faulty and providing it is within 7 days. Goods must be in original packaging and condition. PLEASE NOTE NO RETURN ON CHANGE OF MIND OR EXCESS YARN ORDERED!!!

Postage
Postage is based on the weight of the order as follows:
Patterns only & upto 50g = £1.25
upto 250g = £1.50
upto 500g = £1.95
upto 750g = £2.60
upto 1.5kg = £2.99
over 1.5kg = £3.50
